LINDENFARB INTEGRATION PROJECT
Project starts for the second time!
In cooperation with the Aalen Job Center, Lindenfarb has made numerous internships available within its production department from 22/05/18 to 17/06/18. Lindenfarb’s main objective was to enable people especially with a migration background to obtain initial career experience in the textile and industrial world.
Language deficits or the one or other cultural hurdle were compensated by very good motivation, and the appropriate trainees were accepted into the company.
Thanks to this positive experience, Lindenfarb is starting the project again, this time in collaboration with the Federal Employment Agency.
It started in the middle of July 2018! The rush to get a provided internship is great!
